Yes, divorce doesn't end the right to maintenance. Section 25 of the Hindu Marriage Act and Section 144 of BNSS (Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita) both allow a divorced wife to claim it, as long as she hasn't remarried. Remarriage is really the key point here.
